Our Approach
Technology help without the headache
Computers are wonderful until they aren’t. When something breaks, most people don’t want a lecture — they want it working again, and to understand what happened. That’s the gap 123-Rescue was built to fill.
We provide online and remote technical support for everyday devices: computers, laptops, software, printers and home networks. Because most of what we do is remote, help can reach you quickly, wherever you are, without unplugging cables or hauling equipment to a shop. And because it’s your device, you stay at the wheel — watching your own screen, granting access only when you’re ready, and ending the session whenever you choose.
What We Value
The things we won’t compromise on
Plain language
We explain what’s wrong and what we’re doing in words that make sense — no jargon wall, no talking down.
Honesty first
If something is outside what we can help with, we’ll say so. We’d rather be straight with you than sell you something you don’t need.
Your consent, always
Nothing happens on your device without your permission, and you’re in control from start to finish.
Here when you need us
Problems don’t wait for business hours, so our support line is open 24/7.
No surprises
We talk through any cost before we start. If you’d like a quote, just ask.
Leaving you wiser
Where we can, we share a tip or two so the same problem is less likely to come back.
A Word on Safety
How to tell it’s really us
Remote support is a genuinely useful tool — and, unfortunately, one that phone scammers try to imitate. So we want to be clear about how we work:
- We help people who contact us first. We don’t cold-call to tell you your computer is infected.
- We’ll never pressure you or invent an emergency to rush you into a decision.
- A technician doesn’t need your banking passwords to fix a printer or clean up malware — so don’t share what isn’t needed.
- If anyone contacts you unexpectedly claiming to be “tech support,” it’s wise to hang up and reach out to a company you chose, on a number you looked up yourself.
Have a tech problem on your hands?
Tell us what’s going on and we’ll help you sort it out — clearly, honestly and on your terms.
